We found that a lot of gun makers were introducing smaller, lighter weight guns for concealed carry at the SHOT Show 2017. Here’s a list of some that we found.
The Taurus Spectrum
This gun was the most obvious one to blend fashion and appeal for women into concealed carry. This .380 comes with soft-touch panels with a number of different color combos including white and bright blue and gray and green.
Avidity Arms PD 10
Designed specifically for self-defense, this gun is dependable and affordable. 4-inch barrel and under 7-inches altogether.
CZ-USA P-10 C
The C means “compact,” in both slide and frame. It’s light weight, feels good and the magazines are of the same family as the hammer-fired P-07.
Sig Sauer P239
Two models are available in this fine gun, the Nitron Compact (shown) and the SAS Gen2 Compact. The Gen2 has bigger caliber options, still in a compact frame. The Nitron is a slim profile, single stack pistol for easy concealment and defense.
Walther Creed
Walther’s new Creed model is a very ergonomic, comfortable feeling pistol with low recoil. Using a polymer frame, the Creed features a pre-cocked double-action trigger system and a bobbed hammer, so it won’t accidentally fire when you draw it out.
