The Snapchat company is looking for security guards. The catch…you must be able to and enjoy physical activities such as crawling, jumping and bending. And you must have a concealed carry permit.
This job posting says Snapchat is looking to enhance its security team. The ideal candidate will have some experience in security, have military or law enforcement or some similar experience in security. In addition to some other things, it says the candidate should have the:
- Ability to stay on your feet for several hours without a break
- Ability to provide protective coverage during physically taxing activities (running, jumping, crawling, bending, lifting, etc.)
- Ability to walk up to 5 miles during a shift
Is this a job or boot camp? But seriously, if you’re looking for this type of work, a successful company planning for a $25 million IPO might not be a bad place to work.
